  • The number of new listings increased 12% week over week, from 43 to 48 new listings and is showing an upward trend since the beginning of April.

  • In the last 4 weeks, all price points saw more new listings come on the market than contracts signed. 

  • Contracts signed declined 17% week over week for the market overall, from 29 to 24 contracts.

  • Despite declining for two weeks in a row, the number of contracts signed is holding steady between 20 and 36 contracts per week since the middle of March. 

  • The median days to contract was 56 days.

  • The median last asking price for listings with signed contracts was $1,560,000 compared to the median new listing price of $2,895,000.

  • No properties asking over $10M went into contract, but there were 6 new $10M+ listings.

  • The number of sold listings declined 37%, from 35 to 22.
